Highway Material Testing - NH Expansion, NCR Corridor
ADS Labtech was appointed as the NABL-accredited testing laboratory for a major NH expansion project in the NCR region. Our scope included soil investigation for the highway embankment, CBR testing for sub-grade and sub-base layers, aggregate quality testing for base course material, and bitumen testing for DBM and BC layers. Over 600 individual tests were conducted across the project duration, with all reports accepted by the NHAI-appointed PMC.

Geotechnical Investigation — ROB Bridge Project
A multi-span Road-Over-Bridge (ROB) project required detailed sub-surface investigation to design pile foundations. ADS Labtech’s geotechnical team conducted borehole drilling to 20m depth at 6 locations, performed Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) at regular intervals, collected disturbed and undisturbed soil samples, and conducted comprehensive laboratory testing including Atterberg limits, grain size analysis, and consolidation tests. A full geotechnical investigation report with bore logs, soil profiles, and bearing capacity recommendations was submitted.

Concrete Quality Testing — Commercial High-Rise, Ghaziabad
A 20-storey commercial complex in Ghaziabad engaged ADS Labtech for quality control testing throughout construction. Our scope included concrete cube testing at every pour, slump testing for workability verification, cement and aggregate batch testing, and TMT steel rebar testing for each delivery. Over 1,200 concrete cubes were cast and tested across the project lifecycle, providing the developer with an unbroken chain of quality documentation.

A private developer required independent inspection of a large warehouse complex for insurance and bank compliance purposes.
